By commissioning me, I will assume that you have already read and agreed with all rules written here.

All commissions, unless state beforehand, are strictly for personal use. Some commission style will be for commercial purpose, please check "Vtuber resources" menu.

✧ What is commercial work? ✧

All commissioned works to be used in Vtuber channel that is open for donationLogo/banner work for businesses/personalities that generates revenue/open for donationWorks to be used on products/act as the product that generate revenue

✧ For Vtubers ✧

What counts as commercial work :
Used on stream as stream assets, or on overlay/ stinger/ templates/ alertsTurned into merchs/ products or emotesUsed as profile picture/ banner on any STREAMING platforms (ex. youtube, twitch) Other platforms is OK!

What DOES NOT count as commercial work :
Briefly show on stream, ex. "I recently got this commission from ~!" (Not used as asset)Reshare/ resubmit on social medias as post with proper credit

✧ Terms of service ✧

I am allowed to decline if the order falls into the Don’ts section, or if I am not confident that I will be able to finish the piece with quality(might have too much elements I’m not skilled in, etc.)Please understand that the copyright of the commissioned artwork belongs to and remains with the artist. Copyrights to the characters belong to the commissioner. While publication is negotiable.My work duration can take from 1 day to maximum of 4 months starting from the day I accept your order and work references, please inquire/notify me before I accept your order if you need the work faster than my normal duration, and whether my schedule is doable for your work.Rush commission(Less than 1 week) will be subjected to rush fee of +50% of the total price after detail estimationAll commissions are subjected to be post online(with watermark) as part of my portfolio, if you want to keep your commission private, please let me know beforehand and note that there will be extra charge of 20%You are NOT allowed to tamper with my signature on the work.-
Asking for wips is okay, but please don’t rush me!

✧ Work process ✧

Once I accept the commission, I will contact you for the character reference and brief, then I will give you the estimation of the total price. The payment must be paid in full before I put you into queues and start working.

What you must notify me in the brief :

I will get back to you for the sketch check before I proceed to the coloring process. You are allowed to make minor changes up to maximum of 3 times in this process. This does not count if it's the case of anatomy error, or my error missing some details of the character. You can tell me to fix it ^-^

If the commissioner wants to change the character or the brief at the sketch check process after I have already started sketching, there will be additional payment of 30% of the workThe check will be more frequent if the work include character design.

After I finish coloring, I will get back to you for a final check before file delivery. You are allowed to make changes with the color up to a maximum of 3 times before I finish up the work. Like sketching, if it's an error on my part, just let me know and it doesn't count towards the fixes.

The file you will receive will be in the format of png. file. You can ask for more versions of the work if it's not beyond my control. I do not provide PSD. of the file unless it's for Vtuber model commission.

The file will be sent via sta.sh link or google drive link.
